Work Related Stress
Work related stress is a national employer problem. Huge numbers of people go off sick from work every week with stress. But what can businesses do about this? This short audio discussion covers the definitions of stress and some of the approaches to managing stress. It argues that the critical thing for managers is to be sure that staff have the right skills and knowledge to do the job, since it is often in lack of competency that stress starts.
