The SME HRM Academy

SME principals need to know about HR. They don’t need to be experts since TimelessTime will be there to assist at every point on the corporate HR journey. But they do need to know enough to recognise when help is needed and when they can manage fine alone. That’s the aim of the SME HRM Academy: to train SME principals, managers and supervisors enough to excel at HR management (HRM) day to day and know when it’s cost effective to seek external help.

The SME HRM Academy comprises six half day seminars. As a series of six half-day seminars they form a sound foundation for HRM in the SME. Separately they are courses in six discrete specialisms that principals, managers and supervisors can take from time to time. TimelessTime will run all six twice in a year.

Timeless TRAINING fits with Timeless STARTUP and Timeless SUPPORT to provide a perfect foundation for any SME business, its management and principal. Timeless PARTNER, Timeless ONE and Timeless PROJECTS then extend services to achieve excellence in people management.

Note that as a policy we don’t train SME principals in dismissals. Various parts of the programme do, however, illustrate when dismissal might be an outcome.  We recognise that dismissal may be the appropriate action in some cases and do work with firms to support management in dismissing staff. If any SME principal feels he or she is facing a situation that might lead to a dismissal, call TimelessTime for help as soon as concern is raised.
