Over the period 2003 to 2009 she was head of the HR function and executive team member in three separate and very different organisations - Connexions, Eaton-Williams and Dogs Trust. She has published two books and written several papers on various aspects of people management.
Sue has a BEd(Hons) in sociology and she is a qualified trainer. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her current research studies are in psychology.

Caroline RevittCaroline is an HR professional and occupational psychologist, with wide-ranging experience in people management gained over 25 years. She held HR positions with Philips, Brite Voice Systems, Management Dynamics, Lifespan Healthcare, Powertron, Nexan and G’s Marketing. Taking a problem solving approach, and offering creative, custom-designed interventions that add value to the business she has worked at board level in a wide variety of industry sectors. She has expertise in recruitment, staff and management development and training.
Caroline is an enthusiast of personal development and lifelong learning. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology and is qualified to administer and interpret psychometric and ability tests.

Dan Leatherdale
Dan has built and delivered training interventions for about 100 blue-chip firms and organisations including Barclays, Deloitte, Linklaters, NHS, Louis Vuitton, the BBC, Rolls Royce, BP and Penguin. He has worked with people at all levels (from new recruits to “c-suite” management) in locations as diverse as Europe, USA, Australia, The Middle East, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, The Caribbean, Russia and Kazakhstan.
While Dan has provided bespoke programmes to meet a variety of needs, his work has a strong focus on communication and behaviour, including leadership, coaching, performance management and feedback, presentations, networking, personal impact, customer service, negotiation and sales, cross-cultural communication, difficult conversations, team-building and client relationship skills. He specialises in experiential techniques including simulations, role-play, forum theatre, observed group exercises, and various games, quizzes and other interactive methods – as well as more traditional training input.
Jacky Ward
John Berry
John is an experienced executive, having held board and senior management positions with both SMEs and multinational firms. He has specific and detailed experience in management of product design, R&D project management, product management, marketing, software project management, consulting and business development. He has managed projects and enjoyed sales success across these domains in Europe, Middle East, North America, South America and the Far East.
John’s specialism is the selection, management and motivation of scientists and engineers, the management of the multi-national firm, distributed leadership, home working, working abroad and management and motivation of engineers, scientists, sales and marketing staff, consultants and others in professional services. He is a post-graduate student at Birkbeck College, University of London in organisational psychology. John is security cleared to work with government and the military.

Dan has worked for 12 years in the design and delivery of training interventions. He brings to his work a background in languages, in acting and in psychology. After graduating in 1996 from St Anne’s College, Oxford in French and Italian (Joint Hons), he trained for three years at LAMDA and worked as a professional actor before transferring into the world of training and development. He is currently a post-graduate student at Birkbeck College, University of London, where he is studying organisational psychology (MSc).
