This is an area of the website (a portal) reserved for clients who subcribe to Timeless SUPPORT and Timeless STARTUP.

Members can login here.  Login and password required.

The portal has two themes: on screen resources and online help.

To access resources, subscribers type in a key word to search and access template employment contracts, handbooks, policies, procedures and forms.  The image oposite shows the style of such a search.  The resources are then freely available.

To ask a question and get online help subscribers go to our web site to initiate an email conversation.  All the information about the query is captured centrally and subscribers can review the full discussion at any time.

The progression from question to final conclusion is managed through a service level tracking system that assures subcribers of timely resolution. The image below shows how a support dialogue might progress.  In all cases we also encourage subscribers to pick up the phone and call us for anything urgent or too complex to write down. There is no limit to the number of questions that might be asked and the service is free to Timeless SUPPORT customers.
